Roles and Responsibilities

SAVITRI GROUP is hiring Executive -Bid Management for Delhi location.

    • Tender searching and taking care the entire proposal life cycle of Tender which will include scope finalization, solution review, commercials and proposal submission for Product segment & Project/maintenance Segment/Bid submission.
    • Collaborate with other departments and support groups (e.g., internal sales, legal, audit, operational support, delivery) and manage inputs from a variety of stakeholders, typically involving different contributions.
    • Preparing and reviewing the commercial aspects of the bid, ensuring all services are included in the final price to the customer.
    • Risk tracking and management throughout the bid process.
    • Manage the bid budget and documentation.
    • Responsible for Making Techno-Commercial Offer/Vendor Registration/Vendor empanelment process.
    • Ensure timely delivery of compliant and commercially sound bids.
    • Understand and resolve complex technical, strategic and business issues.
    • Work within the framework of Savitri Groups corporate plan as directed by the Management.
    • Support the Sales Head in the preparation and presentation of reports, proposals, budgets and related activities in servicing and developing contracts.
    • Contribute to the overall development of Savitri Group and its activities.
    • Maintain and develop systems, procedures and records in line with the organizations policies and objectives.
    • Ensure necessary records are maintained that can readily provide current, accurate and accessible information.

All you need is

    • Any Graduate/Any Post Graduate/Preferably B.Tech/Diploma/BSc. in Electronics & Communications or Management diploma in Project Management/Operations/Telecom or relevant specialization.
    • Proven work experience from Bidding or similar role. Preferably from Telecom industry
    • Candidate should be well versed with bidding process of Govt. & Non Govt. tenders and should have hands on experience on all required portals like GeM, Govt. & PSU portals etc.
    • Min experience of 1-2 years in bid management.
    • An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, documents, schedules and step-by-step action plans.
    • Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management.
    • Strong client-facing, presentation & teamwork skills.
    • Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point)
