Roles and Responsibilities

The primary responsibility of this role is to provide the full spectrum of pre- and post-sales technical support for Network Synchronization Technology Elements like SSU, PRC, and PTP (1588V2GM) to the end users, which includes:

    • Map needs with target markets, perform analysis of potential market, tracking business opportunities for all T & M equipment in new regions and devising strategies for market penetration.
    • Designing, developing & implementing sales plan and sales strategy for the market specifically for Defence, Govt., PSU & Education sector & that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
    • Develop product offerings in coordination with pre-sales to attract customers from different segments/ categories. Identify competitive and alternative offerings and develop a strategy for winning against the competition.
    • Identify opportunities for strategic tie up to increase market penetration, sales volume and brand visibility.
    • Achieve business objectives through effective planning, setting sales goals, analyzing data on past performance, and projecting future performance.
    • Assesses & evaluates the client needs & generates new revenue through cross sell opportunities.
    • Customer Relationship Management.
    • Adheres to company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.

All you need is.

    • 0-2 years experience in the related/telecommunication field.
    • Basic understanding of Test & Measurement segment.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Focus on customer satisfaction.
    • Methodical problem solving skills.
    • Strong analytical skills and able to collate and interpret data from various sources. Ability to assess and prioritize faults and respond or escalate accordingly.
    • Good organizational skills e.g. time management and balancing priorities.
