Roles and Responsibilities

SAVITRI GROUP is hiring Executive/Sr. Executive Sales Support for Delhi location.

    • Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.
    • Collaborate with other departments and support groups (e.g., internal sales, legal, audit, operational support, delivery) and manage inputs from a variety of stakeholders, typically involving different contributions.
    • Responding to RFP/RFI/RFQ/EOI responses by closely working and coordinating with the delivery and sales team.
    • Understand, coordinate and resolve complex technical, strategic and business issues.
    • Develop focused technical presentations, brochures and case studies based on inputs from sales and practice leaders.
    • Co-ordination for the post sales activities and with clients to get the delivery done in time.
    • Preparing quotations, preparing Invoices, Delivery challans, Client correspondence by email, Payment follow-ups.
    • Attending telephonic enquiries, monitoring pending WO, follow ups.
    • Attending client meetings and documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
    • Working closely with Sales to ensure successful closure of the sales process.
    • Liaising with Product Managers to provide feedback from clients about product requirements.
    • Keeping abreast of market trends and product & competitor landscapes.
    • Work within the framework of Savitri Groups corporate plan as directed by the Management.
    • Support the Sales Head in the preparation and presentation of reports, proposals, budgets and related activities in servicing and developing contracts.
    • Contribute to the overall development of Savitri Group and its activities.
    • Maintain and develop systems, procedures and records in line with the organization’s policies and objectives.
    • Ensure necessary records are maintained that can readily provide current, accurate and accessible information.

All you need is.

    • Any Graduate/Any Post Graduate/Preferably B.Tech/Diploma/BSc. in Electronics & Communications or Management diploma in Project Management/Operations/Telecom or relevant specialization.
    • 0-5 years of experience preferably from Telecommunication or related industry in pre sales/ post sales /sales support.
    • An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, documents, schedules and step-by-step action plans.
    • Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management.
    • Strong client-facing, communication skills, presentation & teamwork skills.
    • Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point)
