Roles and Responsibilities

SAVITRI GROUP is hiring Key Account Manager/Sales Manager/Asst. Sales Manager for Delhi, Kolkata, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Bengaluru and Jaipur location.

    • Identifying and mapping business strengths and understanding customer’s needs; defining market, competitors shares and competitor’s strengths & weaknesses; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share.
    • Designing, developing & implementing sales plan and sales strategy for the market specifically for Defence, Govt., PSU, Power, CATV, Contractor, Telecom operators & Education sector & that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
    • Develop product marketing strategies (pricing, advertising, product launching) and pitching product/solution/service to the customer in coordination with the presales team.
    • Achieve business objectives through effective planning, setting sales goals, analysing data on past performance, and projecting future performance.
    • Collaborate with other departments and support groups (e.g., internal sales, legal, audit, operational support, delivery) and manage inputs from a variety of stakeholders, typically involving different contributions.
    • Efficiently handling Principle/OEM’s sales segments and to work as a key person for their day to day queries.
    • Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the company’s customer base and its strong presence, achieving defined business targets.
    • Handling complete business due diligence before taking business/Signing contracts.
    • Delivery/Execution of the Business/AT/ sign off of the project/Handing over the project with highest quality standard within defined time line.
    • Timely billing and ensuring Timely realization of Receivables.
    • Monitor and summarize progress of project/ongoing business and maintain P & L strategically.
    • Customer Relationship Management.
    • Adheres to company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
    • Work within the framework of Savitri Groups corporate plan as directed by the Management.
    • Contribute to the overall development of Savitri Group and its activities.
    • Maintain and develop systems, procedures and records in line with the organization’s policies and objectives.
    • Ensure necessary records are maintained that can readily provide current, accurate and accessible information.

All you need is.

    • Qualification: Any Graduate/Any Post Graduate/Preferably B.Tech/Diploma/BSc. in Electronics & Communications or Management diploma/Degree in Project Management/Operations/Telecom/Marketing/ Strategic Management or relevant specialization.
    • Proven work experience on any of the following client base- Govt./PSU, CATV/Contractors/ Education/ISP/Power/Telecom Operators etc.
    • Preferably from Telecommunication industry.
    • Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management.
    • Strong client-facing, presentation & teamwork skills.
